All rooms are air conditioned and have private baths. Suites are larger, with a private sitting area for reading or relaxing. Rates are per night (+tax), double occupancy, and includes a hot breakfast each morning. All rooms are on the 2nd floor, except the Dorris Ann and Donna Von. In case you’re wondering, the guest rooms are named for real people, important in our lives. We will be happy to share the stories, and you may even get to meet some of them during your stay. |

Common Areas of the inn are areas shared by all guests. You can find a private corner to read and relax, take a quiet walk on the grounds, or just sit visit with other guests. Around the rooms, you will find special artifacts and pictures detailing the history of the Chilhowee Inn, Walland, and original artwork of the Smoky Mountains. |

The large Foyer provides guests an additional area to sit, relax, or visit. This is the main entrance to the inn. Decorated in Victorian, with replica Gas Light fixtures of that era. |

The Family Room is a place where guests can relax, visit, or curl up with a good book by the fireplace.
A hot breakfast is served in the Family Room each morning for all guests. |

The Family Room provides 900 square feet of space that will accommodate up to 75 people. It may be reserved for special events, receptions and meetings. Larger groups can also be accommodated. Please see “Event Planning” for details. |
